Volunteer Staff Needed

We are now recruiting for volunteer staff to join the Squadron and help deliver the RAF Air Cadet experience to our cadets. As one of the largest Squadrons in the County we need to increase our staff team to be able to continue developing the youth of Dartford. 

To become staff you'll require a DBS check which will be arranged for you. 

Staff will initially join as Civilian Instructors and there will be opportunities from then to become Uniformed Staff should you wish. Civilian Instructors are an integral part of the Unit and are key to delivering training and skills to the cadets. You will have an opportunity to gain qualifications of your own to deliver training to the cadets.​
